Payment Terms

Payments for our services are structured as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon agreement of services.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the services.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

All payments must be made in full as per the agreed schedule to avoid any disruptions in service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Fee: A fee of 20% of the total service cost will apply for late cancellations.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Liability

Gardening Services Aldgate is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of our services unless caused by our negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, injury to persons, or loss of plants.
